ABOUT THIS POLICY FUTURONIX LTD operates Strikeout. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, its online services and advertising features. Strikeout does not require an account to browse sports content. 2. INFORMATION PROCESSED Local preferences: Favorite teams, followed matches, notification choices and display preferences are stored on your device. Sports data and images may also be cached locally. Android backup may preserve some app data according to your device and Google account settings. Notifications: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging processes app installation identifiers, messaging tokens and topic subscriptions to deliver the team or match alerts you select. Notification permission is requested where required by Android. Our backend sends messages to topics rather than maintaining an account-based list of users. Advertising: Strikeout includes AppLovin MAX and Appodeal integrations. The advertising provider enabled by our remote configuration and its mediation partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device and operating system information, app interactions, ad impressions and clicks, and diagnostic information. Processing depends on the active provider, its partners and applicable privacy settings. The app does not request precise device location permission. Online requests: Our backend, hosting providers, advertising configuration service and content or image providers receive technical request information, such as IP address, requested resource and request time, when you access their services. Such information may appear in operational or security logs. Support: If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. 3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED Information is used to provide sports content, remember preferences, deliver requested alerts, display and measure advertising, diagnose technical issues, protect services against misuse and answer support requests. Advertising partners may personalize ads according to their policies, applicable law and your available privacy choices. 4. SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Information may be processed by our hosting and technical providers, Google Firebase, the active advertising provider and its mediation partners, and services supplying sports content or images. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and services. We do not sell your support correspondence for money. Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws, depending on the provider's processing. RETENTION AND DELETION Local favorites and preferences remain until you remove them, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app, subject to any Android backup and restore settings. Cached content may be replaced or cleared as the app operates. Support correspondence and operational records are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, operate and secure services, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, and then deleted or anonymized. Third-party providers retain information under their own policies; uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete information already held by those providers. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS You can remove favorites and disable individual alert subscriptions within the app. You can also disable notifications through Android settings. Android advertising settings allow you to reset or delete your advertising identifier on supported devices. Available advertising consent or opt-out controls may also be provided by advertising partners. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of applicable advertising-related sale or sharing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. 7. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws can differ. Applicable safeguards and provider terms govern those transfers. 8. CHILDREN Strikeout is not directed at children under 13.
