This Privacy Policy explains what information the game MiSide ("the App") uses, how it is used and what choices you have. By installing or playing the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. SUMMARY
- The App does not require an account, a sign-in or any personal details from you.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your own device.
- The App shows advertising. Our advertising partners (see section 3) may collect certain device and usage information to serve and measure ads.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- The App is intended for teens and adults and is not directed to children.

2. INFORMATION WE AND OUR PARTNERS PROCESS
2.1 Stored on your device only (not sent to us)
- Game saves, chapter progress, in-game settings (for example camera sensitivity, control layout, graphics quality, language, voice option), hint credits and the number of coins you have earned.
This data is kept in the App's storage on your device. We do not receive it. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

2.2 Collected by third-party advertising software (when ads are shown)
The App includes the AppLovin MAX advertising SDK and mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network. When ads are requested, shown or measured, these providers may automatically collect, for example:
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers;
- IP address and the approximate location that can be derived from it (country, region);
- device and operating system information (model, OS version, language, screen size, network type, battery and storage status);
- ad interaction data (ads requested, viewed, clicked, rewarded) and app usage information related to advertising;
- diagnostic and crash information related to the advertising software.
This information is collected and used by those companies under their own privacy policies (see section 3). We do not collect it ourselves and we do not receive your name, email address or phone number from them.

2.3 Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to improve the App.

The App may show ads from additional advertising networks connected through AppLovin MAX; those networks are listed in AppLovin's documentation and follow their own policies.

4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information processed by the advertising partners is used to deliver and measure ads, show ads that are more relevant to you where allowed, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the advertising services running. We use the limited information we receive (for example if you email us) to provide support and improve the App.

5. REWARDED ADS
Some features (such as extra hints or a stronger ring guide) can be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded video. Watching is always your choice. If no ad is available, you are not charged or penalised.

6. PERMISSIONS
The App requests only the permissions it needs: Internet and network state (to load ads and check connectivity), Wi-Fi state (used by advertising software to choose how to load ads), Vibration (touch feedback), and Advertising ID (to serve and measure ads). The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files or precise location.

7. YOUR CHOICES
- Advertising ID and personalised ads: on Android you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation in Settings > Google > Ads (the exact path can differ by device). You can also delete your Advertising ID there.
- Offline play: the game itself works without an internet connection; ads are only loaded when you are online. You can turn on airplane mode or disable mobile data for the App to stop ad traffic.
- Delete local data: uninstall the App or clear its storage in Android Settings > Apps > MiSide > Storage.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Brazil or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold your personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best sent to the relevant advertising provider listed in section 3; you can also contact us and we will help you reach them.

8. CHILDREN
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA, UK and other regions where a higher age applies) and contains horror and mature themes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us at the email address above and also contact the advertising providers listed in section 3.

9. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Local game data stays on your device until you remove it. Advertising data is retained by the advertising providers according to their policies. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our advertising partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States, under safeguards required by applicable law.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add features or change advertising partners. The updated version will show a new effective date and will be published at the same location as this policy. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the changed policy.
